MHC Truck Leasing - Dallas

Forgot to post this and remembered that this was important and needed to be done. October 25th, 2022, my truck was hit by this MHC rental truck. I had multiple witnesses and video of the truck striking my truck, damaging it and leaving the scene. I called this company about 10 minutes upon the accident happening with exact location and time stamp. This company never got back, I called 5-6 times and once I was speaking to either Justin or Brionne, especially Brionne, I was lied to and was never handled in a timely manner and eventually after my 6th call the next morning was told that “It’s been too long now and we don’t have the coordinates anymore.” What you guys did was wrong on so many levels and after asking to speak to the manager which I believe his name is Sean. I've been working with Gunner, the rental manager, and Justin, the service manager at MHC time and time again, and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The level of service and support they provide is unmatched. Anytime I have an issue with my trucks, we always find a way to resolve it. I own my own trucks, and I’ve been through it all—buying, leasing, and renting. Each has its pros and cons, but having options available is what truly keeps a business running. Owning trucks is great for long-term investment, but breakdowns and unexpected downtime can put a huge strain on operations. That’s where MHC comes in. This company had to definitely close down, none of them are any good, all of them if you go you will waste your time and money. They don't want to know. That dealing with customers nor satisfactory service. Don't waste your time making yourself happy in this company. I wasted my time going to four different locations, they are all the same rubbish, they don't care about helping you, they just want to take your money every month. from Lease and they don't like doing the job right. They don't like to diagnose what needs to be diagnosed. And it was for the fifth attempt. After that I refused to drive the truck. For security reasons. They decided to diagnose the truck and come here the problem was what I was really talking about.DONT LEASE WITH MHC IN GRNERAL

i have been trying for 3 hrs to call and order parts for my truck. Every time i call i get no ring, just connects with no one on the other end. After calling about 50 times i finally get someone, i ask for parts department and get put on hold for 10 minutes. Then someone just hangs up the line i was holding on. I will never try to get parts from these guys again. I have a fleet of tractors i manage and have never had so much issues as i have just trying to get a hold of a parts person. MHC has lost a good customer due to incompetence at answering a simple phone call.

I went to that dealer because my check engine was ON and i have told them to fix it because my truck was under warranty,,,,, they were too busy and i had to wait till next day and stay on motel room,, when they called me they said it was nothing wrong with the truck all they have to do is erase the computer, and they charge me $250.00 just to do that,. i told them it was under warranty and they said that they have to charge me because therewas nothing to fix. i think they are not honest dealer because they should tell me that since the beginning, and clear the computer takes only few minutes,,,,
