Mi-T-Fine Car Wash Inc

No one at Mi T Fine cares about their customers. I told them I wanted managers special and interior detailing. When I got to the desk I was charged for mag special only. They said they did not have a detailer at the time. I ask why was I not told this I would have gone someplace else. The answer to everything was I don’t know. I had to go spend money and more time at another car wash because my car was still dirty. No one at Mi T Fine cared. I am use to waiting for an hour or more for the detail. I wanted them to stop the mgr special and refund the difference because I had to go somewhere else to get my car clean since they could not. The answer was I don’t know. I had been told how bad this place had gotten and did not believe. I believe now. No one in my family will be back.

Bad service paid $35 for a full service wash inside and out with shine on dash. Was not vacuumed properly. Honestly could have ran it through a car wash and vacuum myself snd save $. They have about 8 guys there with about 3 actually working.

I got the middle package, with interior and exterior wash… they just vacuumed the driver side (which honestly was probably the cleanest part of the car. My kids had just spilled fruit from Chick-fil-A as I was trying to get them off & the fruit and crumbs were still everywhere. The back was not touched at all. The dash did get wiped down with a dirty cloth that left it worse than when I brought it in. Just save your money go to the drive through car wash down the street and vacuum it yourself. I’m not really picky but for the service you pay for to not be done at all is upsetting. When I brought it up they told me to just pull it through again. Immediately NO! Spent $30 for a $7 car wash. Inside was not cleaned at all. Forgot the inside windows, didn’t clean the cup holders or the door jambs. When I told them it wasn’t clean, they wiped down the dash and said “here you go”. Stay away unless your car is 98% clean then you might get to 99%

Would definitely go here again for car detailing. This was my first time getting my interior and exterior detailed and have to admit they did a great job even better than I had expected. Everywhere else was very expensive over $200 for the same service.l and this was done under $100.
