They over promise and under deliver. It's only slightly overpriced, at least. Expect Richard to haggle with you for every last cent. You'll get free windshield wipers and an oil top-up thrown in for that extra $100! Get all quotes printed. If you're going in for anything more complicated than an oil change, don't trust any time estimate you get. I was told it'd take two hours to fix my brakes, it ended up being two days. They prioritize the easy clients, everyone else is pushed to the back of the line. They get the job done eventually, and the couch in the waiting room is comfy.
