Miami Engines – BMW Engine Rebuild & Repair Boca Raton

Very pleased with the honest and fantastic service and attention to detail. Servicing a 1992 BMW 535i that I recently restored inside and out to get a number of things sorted. They know about older BMWs as well as new ones. They do NOT push for work that is unnecessary, but, at the same time, they pay attention to the details. They routinely provide me with updates. HIGHLY recommended for BMWs, so much so that I’m sending them another car. Labor is entirely reasonable. It’s clear why they have long term clients.

I spent a lot of money with Miami Engines on a major engine rebuild. To be fair, the motor itself runs strong and I’m happy with how the car performs now. That said, my experience was negatively impacted by poor communication and quality control issues. After getting the car back, I had a persistent metallic or air-type noise when I would press the throttle that did not exist before the rebuild. After diagnosing it with my friend that has a shop who fixes BMWs , I discovered that a turbo V-band clamp was missing its bolt entirely, meaning the turbo was not properly clamped. In addition to that, other components were also found loose. Within the first week of getting the car back, I also had an issue after O2 sensors were replaced and later found that a fuel pump connector had been left loo

I just moved here from California, so I went to 2x local bmw dealerships and got completely ripped off for thousands of dollars. These guys fixed my car for 1/6 the price. They know what they’re doing that extremely obvious, I’m an ex AsE certified diesel technician. These guys are THE BEST BMW MECHANICS AROUND PERIOD. I won’t go anywhere again now.

Being one of the countless Ghassan Victims, I was skiddish about ANY place that said they could repair my engine. Upon teardown, they discovered that the crooks at Ghassan had put back in my car a worse engine then I brought to them. It was completely useless. The team at Miami hooked me up with a buildable core for a reasonable price, then kept me up to date on the rebuild progress. What they sent back was a well packaged motor and according to my installer, looked like a quality bebuild. Upon install and priming, the engine fired right up, quiet and smooth, with great oil pressure. My installer still has the car to do some break in and check to make sure everything is good before I get it back. I will report again after some break-in miles and oil changes - so far so good - very pleased!
