One word... Customer Service! From the person that handles the calls to the technicians that work on the cars. Professional, polite & friendly. Competitive pricing and good work. Suggestion to the management team: while there are a few beverages available for sale, it would be a good idea to have a water fountain/water dispenser of some kind and even a regular coffee maker. This is considering some of the work perform by the establishment can easily take over 2-3 hours and cost could reach the thousands $

One of the rare places I have given 5 star to. Service was prompt, great communication, Prices were reasonable and everything was explained in a concise and understandable way. I ordered a product. They contacted me when it came in. We've made an appointment I showed up and it was done and less time then they said. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The showroom have plenty of options for bike racks, locks , towing accessories, etc. You wait in a nice air conditioned room would plenty of settings as they do to work. I could not ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

I contacted Miami Hitch on a Sunday looking for an estimate to put a hitch in my car to ride bike with my kids on the weekends. I called them on a Sunday when they were closed, however I immediately received a text that they would call me back on a Monday. Next morning at 8 AM I received a call from a woman letting me know they had received my message asking how they could help. I explained to them my car model and how I was hoping they could help me get a hitch without having to pay dealer prices and they immediately responded obtaining a very competitive estimate and scheduling my service right away.
