The overall experience and the deal I received from this dealership was ok. Not the best not the worst. But they were the only dealership with multiple vehicles that I was interested in. No other dealership in the state had low mile vehicles like the one I purchased from them. I wish they'd leave the factory equipment (factory floor mats, etc) inside the pre owned vehicles. But it seems every car dealership in S Florida I visited had the same problems. So it definitely is not a deal breaker. My reason for my 5 star review is Carlos the finance manager. He was always very helpful to me and he personally made everything happen that needed to happen. I won't go into details but know working with him is a great experience. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I purchased 2 vehicles on Saturday night, the next morning one of them had the check engine light on, the AC was not cooling, and other faulty codes, just 14 hours after signing the contract. I contacted the dealership about it, they asked me to bring it Monday morning. So I did, turned in my vehicle at 10AM, I asked how long it would take because I have to go to work, they mention they would provide a loaner, but it's now 12PM and my RAM is still there, parked at the service ramp. 2 hours waiting with nobody approaching me with information, no loaner, not even an apology for taking up my time, I guess they don't care we all have jobs to attend. Roberto Matos & Heber Calvino were amazing. Me and my boyfriend came in to see cars, had no intention on purchasing or leasing, but they were so attentive that we ended up leasing cars. Super great service, explained everything really well and were thorough. Also, all the other staff were nice too.
