We arrived at 7:00 PM and the apartment managed by Miami TCS was completely uncleaned and trashed. This was especially concerning since we were traveling with two young children. There was visible filth throughout the unit, including used underwear left on the bed. After multiple calls, cleaners arrived around 9:00 PM, but the cleaning was rushed and unprofessional. The next day, when we requested a refund for the first night due to the unhygienic conditions, management ignored our calls and messages and responded defensively. The apartment itself is run-down and poorly maintained. This stay was stressful, unsanitary, and not worth the money. Book elsewhere.
