My Lexus was having AC problems and was not cooling. My car warranty company suggested Miami’s Quality Auto Repair. Carlos met with me and he immediately diagnosed the problem which was a very difficult and labor intensive repair. He was very patient and worked with the warranty company to obtain the most coverage and payment which took a bit of time. Great communication, making something so complex very understandable. He and his team repaired my car and now the AC is cooling so well. I really appreciate the level of service, kindness and professionalism that he and his team provided. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reputable auto service.

I meant to write this last year when I had a lot of work that needed to be done on my car, but I returned for more work to be done this year b/c their service was excellent. Their customer service is terrific, an easy and comprehensive report of repairs is given, inclusive of a critical / highly recommended / nice to have list of repairs, inclusive of pricing and details so you can approve or not, prompt completion of repairs and quick communication across the board.

I came into the Miami area from another county not having any other nearby mechanic options to help repair my car and decided to give Miami Quality Auto Repair a try based on the reviews. If I am giving an honest assessment and review the shop is very fair and reasonable especially for an individual as myself in financial need at the time. I at first felt like everything in terms of the process was moving a bit too fast for me, as my preference would be having a more intimate experience than strictly business, but that is just my preference. My car broke down on the Palmetto in the middle of the night, and I had it towed here. My pops recommended this place. The signage outside provided clear instructions for leaving the car overnight. It was the alternator that failed. It was replaced by the next afternoon and runs great now. Andres and Carlos were professional and helpful.
