Got my windshield replaced, the next day it rained very hard and there was a leak on the passenger side. I've never had this problem before with my vehicle. I went back and the owner said that the leak must be a problem with my vehicle. The leak was coming from the top of the car, down to the side and on the floor of the passenger side. He said he would be able to fix it within an hour and he wouldn't charge but once I got home I noticed that the work he did was not good quality and he damaged my vehicle when he replaced the windshield. It irked me that he was refusing to admit that they did not do the job correctly the first time and tried to blame it on my vehicle. My vehicle is new. I will never come back here.

Came here for a window repair, and in advance we had spoken about pricing and the owner of the shop is who I spoke to. The owner of the shop was very clear on pricing and what specific problems were wrong with my windows not functioning properly, and had agreed to go back the next morning. The owner told me the work would be done in about 2 hours, and upon arrival my car was the only one there next that needed to get worked on. An estimation of at most 2 hours, then became almost 4 and a half hours until I started asking what was taking so long. Keep in mind, my car was still the only one in their shop being worked on. Family owned business they were super nice and friendly, also affordable. When I went in the mom set everything up and the son installed my window you can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time they know what they’re doing I’m definitely coming to them again. Thank you guys.

I thought the price was fair and yes they are fast. One thing I was bothered by they broke my mirror and they switched it with another one and they didn't say anything and acted like nothing happened, I had to confront them about it. If they would of told me about what happened before switching it, it wouldn't bother me. Things like this makes me not trust a place.
