I purchased a car from here about a year ago and at the time he said he didn’t have a second key and would get it when I picked up the car. when picking up my vehicle I never received it, I been texting Michael about the car key and when I would receive it but he never responds or he gives a bs excuse that he will get it by a certain day or that he will let me know when he has it and never does. I wouldn’t buy from this place again or in general if I could go back

I would not recommend purchasing a car from this mechanic/dealership. I bought a vehicle here recently, and it has given me nothing but problems. The owner seems to be scamming customers. The first issue came up about a month after I bought the car. Before purchasing, I had a mechanic look at it, and they told me the brakes and AC needed repairs. I asked the owner to make sure these issues were fixed before the sale, and he assured me everything would be serviced. However, just a month later, the AC stopped working. Since the car supposedly came with a 60-day warranty, I brought it back, but the owner said I had to pay $100—a fee he never mentioned at the time of purchase. My wife's car had a leak in one of her tires. I had to look for a new place since Freedom Tire & Auto in Lawrence had closed. I found that Michael's Motors was open a couple of weekends ago and I asked the tech if she could patch the tire. She said yes for $25. She did the patch quickly despite the fact that she was the only one there and working on many other cars. I was very impressed. My car also had a leaks in two different tires. I chose Michael's based on my previous experience; I called ahead and asked if they could see me. They said yes and I stopped by. After looking at my car, a guy came back, shoved a post-it note in my face with some numbers on it (a quote) and told me I need new tires. I have bring my truck to Michael’s and every time I leave the shop something happens first it was my flow master they didn’t plug it correctly now my fan belt is squeaking Michael’s SUCKS!!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Michael's for the past several years and to date have not been disappointed. From simple sticker, oil change, tires and breaks. Professional, and also try to accommodate your busy schedule. A+ rating.
