TRUST THIS COMPANY! Listen, these individuals will take care of you. From setting up the rental to making sure that you have your vehicle returned better than when you brought it there. I have had an accident on two occasions where I was heartbroken that I would never have the same vehicle. One the whole drivers side destroyed, now it is stunning. Was rear ended on 8/26/2025 and was devastated. Wayne said “we have you covered. Relax and know you will be ok.” Every person from Lou, Wayne and all the other team members have a passion for what they are doing. Trust these guys and girls and you will not be disappointed.

My suv was damaged in an accident. They made the whole process so easy. Liz and Wayne took care of the paperwork and rental. Dealt with the other persons insurance. They had my car for 2 weeks which, during the winter with all this storms is not a long time at all. I picked it up today and she looks just like the day I brought her home. Cannot say enough good things. Pat the painter did an amazing job. I would never know that the lady caused more than 8 grand worth of damage to my front end. Highly recommend !!!

I took my car to Michaud for some safety issues that failed inspection. The whole team including Wayne did a fabulous job. My car looks showroom quality after I got it back. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed, they even fixed all the dings and dents that had nothing to do with why I brought it in. Detailed the inside, and even replaced the 2 hub caps that were missing. I really couldnt ask for better service, I highly recommend bringing your car here to get fixed.

Michaud Auto Body is amazing! They've helped me on my first car at 18 years old and I came back at 31 years old and I received the same kindness and efficiency. I'd always recommend them for any work on your car !

A review I have put off too long! Michaud was amazing, especially dealing with the incompetent Geico employees (plural) assigned to my claim back in the Fall of 25'. Not only did Michaud have to deal with their negligence multiples - in person and on the phone - but they stood up to them and told them the junk yard parts they had wanted to acquire for my car would simply not work and they would not do it; this after Geico ordered the parts for a totally different model Subaru. Respectful and kind to me every time I called, their honesty and clarity was a far cry from the incredibly incapable Geico service I, and unfortunately Michaud, had to be in talks with throughout an extremely long two month period. If you have Geico, run! If your car ever needs work, take it to Michaud. My 2018 Suba
