I arrived to your facility on 10-3-25 around 4 a.m. to pick up my load. Your employees put the wrong trailer number on my bill of lading so your security guard told me that I have to wait until someone come in at 5:30am to stamp my bills due to the error bc he stated that he can't stamp it. It's now almost 6a.m. and I'm still at your facility without my bills being stamped just burning unnecessary time. Calling corporate

I've been here to pick up twice so far. The guard and the people in the office have always been in a good mood and happy to help. It's kind of a small facility but it's pretty easy to drop and hook because they're not overcrowded like some places. there's a nice restroom drivers can use in the shipping office which is definitely a bonus. I was in and out in about a half an hour to 45 minutes

Wait at the stop sign and guard will come check all paper work and let you know where to go. Got unloaded in 30 min. Turns are a little tight but you can make it if you know where you going.

Tight fit, but doable. They took me immediately, cannot complain.
