Men my car was having issues took it their delt with the manager Ticco and the rest is history. Very helpful, fabricación prices and top notch work done thanks Tico and the mechanic I think his name is Carlos he did work on my car he the best. Id reffer anyone to go their ask for Tico say jojo sent you.

If you own a truck or large engine vehicle do not go here. Brought my 2019 f150 5.0 here for warrenty work. Kept telling me it was going to be ready next day but took them over a month. First time i brought it in they said it was cam position sensors spark plugs and VBC, this didnt fix the issue. My deductible and the reccomended spark plugs costed me $1100 as well as i have documeneted proof that they gave my car back two quarts at least low on oil. second time they said it needed a new engine. Then they said it didnt and it was a timing chain. Then thay said it was fixed after doing the timing chain but had a new transmission issue and they would hook me up with a new transmission if i came back in. It did not have a transmission issue plus it was still misfiring. I would up taking it

I had an accident on the highway as I was taking my son to college. The tire rod was completely broken and needed immediate replacement otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to get to campus on time. Other repair places needed at least a full day for a diagnosis and a second day to begin work on it. I called up Michigan and asked if they could get the whole thing sorted out by the end of the day. They said they could, and they actually completed the whole repair in about 3 and a half hours. Very, very satisfied father and customer.

Prior to coming to this repair facility, I checked out the codes for my vehicle and when I came here, they told me that I needed a throttlebody replacement for my vehicle. This has nothing to do with the codes such as emissions and daytime running lights that my vehicle threw. I even went to advance auto to verify the codes, and they also confirm that it had nothing to do with a replaced throttlebody. They do not seem to know what they are doing and what they are talking abou. This was the first time bringing my vehicle here and after paying a diagnostic fee, I would not be bringing any of my vehicle vehicles back as I do not recommend this facility.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the awesome customer service I receive from Teco. The other guy Lee does not have good customer service at all! Management needs to address this issue.
