Customer Reviews
Alma tire did an oil change and cross threaded my oil filter. Took it to these guys after oil spraying everywhere and they took care of the issue promptly. Returned the next week and got new tires put on and have yet to have any issues. Highly recommend Michigan Tire and Wheel.
I want to apologize to Tire and Wheel for a recent review I put on here. They have always done me good. Always willing to help and get things fixed as quickly as possible. I recently put a not so good review about my experience but it was not how I feel. It came at a time when my life wasnt going so good. Lots of personal things going on and I feel I took it out on them. I am sorry and have deleted that review. For anyone who sees this if you need work done they are the place to go.
I came in after Calling muffler, man who basically turned Me down to come in and get my vehicle looked at by them, but Michigan tire in St. Louis Michigan. I came in. They came out checked out my vehicle. They were amazing and got me appointment set up for Monday to get it checked out.
I put new brakes and calipers and rotors on all 4 wheels. And a few weeks ago I had lock my brakes up when buck jumped out in front me. When I did it blew out the right rear caliper. I called them and they said that I had a lifetime warranty on them. Great so I took it back to them to fix it. They took it in the garage and then while I was waiting they came in and told me it was going to cost me 450 dollars to fix it. I asked about the warranty and they told me that only covered brakes and calipers NOT rotors. The rotors weren't bad until the caliper blew out and ruined the rotor. COMMON SENSE to anyone that has any kind of mechanical experience.
If I could give them a lower view I would they said my car was fine to drive and the car lights were just stuck and they got the lights off but the lights came back on before I even got home and my car acts like it doesn’t want to stop and the time before that I had them work on my car to fix check engine light on and they said it was fixed and I paid them 1300 dollars and within a day the light came back on.
