Unbeatable customer service and fair pricing! I was on the hunt for a shop that specializes in Japanese cars so that I can have some peace of mind with my Toyota, and I absolutely just found my new go-to spot. I booked an appointment for a routine maintenance check online and was able to schedule for the week of. Their team was warm and welcoming, their waiting room is nice and cozy with plenty refreshments and a seating area, and their pricing was fair and honest. They also ordered an Uber ride home while I waited for pick up. Highly, highly recommend! Alan, David, and their whole crew is amazing.

Once again, I took my vehicle to Micro Imports, and the service was EXCELLENT! And this is not excellence at some sky-high, eye-watering price. Micro Import always charges a price that is more than fair. I generally do a little research to find out what auto repairs and maintenance will likely cost before I ever take my car in, and I am always, always pleasantly surprised when Micro hands me my invoice. Great people, fast turnaround, and trustworthy repairs and maintenance services---the very opposite of any dealership experience I've EVER had, in four states.

I always take my car to Micro Import Service, and I recommend them to my friends and family all the time. Alan is great—he really knows his stuff and always listens to what you’re saying about your car. David is also awesome. He’s professional, easy to talk to, and takes the time to understand what’s going on before giving advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable and confident with the work being done. The technician who worked on my car did a fantastic job too. They installed an engine mount for me, and right away my car started driving so much smoother—it honestly feels better than it has in a long time. Fantastic shop! The guys are so nice and informative. Easy to make appointments and great prices. They know their stuff and take time to make sure you understand what they are going to do. I even got a lesson on how to use the car's computer. I would highly recommend this friendly and knowledgeable repair shop.
