Mid Cities Auto Glass

Staying at a hotel in Addison and came out to find that someone had busted windows out on several vehicles overnight, including ours. I contacted several places that told us two days before they would be able to repair. Found Mid Cities Auto Glass on Google and gave them a call. Chris answered the call and was able to get to us in about 2 hours. While he was unable to fix the busted rotor cable to let the window up and down, he was able to get a window in so we could make our 600 mile drive home. Thank you Chris for your professionalism, service, and honesty.

Called the phone number on your Google Maps profile twice and got hung up on both times. Decided to drive there, and there was no signage, so I walked in the front door (same place as the photo on google maps) and nobody there. Walked inside the work area and two men were there, I asked them if this was Mid Cities Auto Glass and was told you were no longer there and I left.
