I spent hours waiting at Costco and Pep Boys trying to get my tire replaced this week with no luck. Called Midcity and they ordered a replacement immediately and had me in and out within an hour the next day. All the guys were nice, it didn’t feel scammy and Luna was kind enough to hang out with me and get scratches while I waited. 10/10. :)

I wouldn't go here for anything more than an oil change or emergency repair, and I'd even think twice about coming here for an oil change. Came here for diagnostics for my car, and they barely worked it up. Didn't ask me any details about my car, the issues I was having, etc. Just plugged the OBD2 in and came up with the most expensive solution for the most expensive possible problem. Like brother, I could've done that with 0 brainpower. These people are clearly too busy taking other people's money to do a proper work up, so might as well give them less business.

Got a nail on my tire on this last snow day. These guys were able to schedule me the same day and help me out with a fair/affordable price. I’m glad they offered to patch it up without forcing me to feel guilty about not buying/exchanging a new tire. They have a small waiting area with a bathroom, in case you want to wait for your car. Would definitely recommend this place based on my pleasant experience.

I called first and the counter guy said he could do my leaking tire replacement while I waited. The price was right and I was done in less than an hour. There's a small waiting room. He was honest-no upselling. He offered to plug the leak which would be cheaper. But these were older tires that had been patched before. They take cash and cards and didn't charge a premium to use a card. I would use them again for a car repair.
