Mid Hudson Subaru Service

I turned in my leased car for a new one. Everyone there was super helpful and made the process so easy and stress free! The person who worked with me, Gary, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. Just an all around awesome human!

Service took me on time and completed everything as scheduled. Everyone was pleasant. The waiting area is bright, clean, and spacious. This was a really nice experience. I look forward to my next service appointment- believe it or not! I had such a good time. (My car did, too.)

Experience was well as always. No hassle which I love. One suggestion would be to ask customer if they did any of the services Subaru keeps showing them on the maintenance report. I don’t mind clicking no but could eliminate the need to keep asking if I want service. Again I’ll stress it’s not a hassle. No one makes you feel like you NEED to get anything done. At least not in my 10 plus years of using mid Hudson Subaru. My service adviser Nick was very friendly.

Soo far Mechanical was great, Service Advisor Nick Rodriquez was great thru out the process kept me Comfortable and Calm as I suffer from post War PTSD. Everytime I called the phone was answered politely and with a sense of Service🫡🪖🇺🇸🇵🇷 Thank You

Mid Hudson SUBARU took my Car in at the scheduled time. I like their multi point inspection and they inform me of any scheduled maintenance my car needs. My car service was completed In the quoted time. Very satisfied with their service.
