Went there for an issue. They found a "bulletin" that seemed to match my problem. Charged me large fee. It didn't fix it, if anything it made the problem worse. When I called back about it, I was told I could come in and pay another huge diagnostic fee, and of course labor, and they would try something else.
Driving from Buffalo to Greensboro, had a tire losing air. Stopped a service department unannounced. Not only did they get my car in for service, they fixed 2 nail holes in less than 15 minutes. AND NO CHARGE. Many thanks to this GREAT service department.
pay close attention to any misguided negative review. The sales and service are two different operations. Anyways-the service side got me out of a night long side of the mountain jam. When Walmart and 2 other shops couldn’t get the lug nut off and tire sensor repaired they had it done in record time and got me and the dog back on the road. Honest, upfront and super well priced. They deserve every star.
Called ahead and drove an hour and 20 minutes to be completely lied to. They said they would buy out my nissan lease no problem at all. Come down here and they completely lied and can't even buy nissan leases. Totally lied over the phone. Make sure you don't get scammed and waste your time coming down here to be lied to Matt Stump is a total con artist and made sure to say everything would go easy and smooth before we came down here and made the drive. Please be cautious this is the worst dealership we have ever tried to lease from.
$200 to look at two of the four problems and fix nothing. Not to mention a complete day of work lost.
