Super friendly and timely. Was earlier than expected and cost less then the competition. Mike was friendly and assisted with care to my vehicle. Also contacted me when it arrived at the shop. Over all if it happened again would use mid state over others. Edit: actually had to get another tow to the shop was nice enough to give me a ride to my home before dropping off my car. Awesome dude equally awesome service!

Typical, Sunday and weekend. Lower ball joint popped out and stuck me at end of my driveway. Tried several towing companies but all either not answering or voicemail. Tried Mid-State and got an immediate answer and a timely arrival of the tow truck. Gary super helpful and gave me choices to consider. Will use again in the future.
