I’ve always had great experiences at this Midas. I called regarding a flat tire and was walking in the door 10 min later. They went out of their way to make sure I could get the tire I needed (by driving to a different facility to pick it up) so I was out the door within an hour. Super friendly and professional. Reasonable pricing.

Quick and accurate. Midas fix my car and address the issue. I highly recommend going to Midas Long Grove/Mundelein. The automotive mechanics are very professional. They are expert in solving and finding solutions and very meticulous in identifying potential issues before they escalate. Midas Customer Service is the best!! Shout out to Long Grove/Mundelein branch. They ensure high quality service. I am a happy and satisfied customer and I will continue to trust Midas for my car repairs and maintenance.

Brought our vehicle for what seemed to be a coolant leak. They tested and did not find a leak and other than a modest charge for the test there were no other costs. They could have easily ‘found’ something to fix and charged for it but didn’t. They treated us honestly and fairly. That’s all you an ask.

Had a great experience taking my car to this Midas. They successfully diagnosed a unique problem, and Jose even went above and beyond and drove to Arlington Heights himself to pick up the required part so the car could be ready sooner. They took great care of my car. Will definitely come back in the future!

Truly one of the most honest car repair places ever. It’s the team specifically. I gave them 1 million opportunities to “upsell” me but they said I didn’t need any of the things I asked about. If you ask about a filter or wiper blades everyone sells to you. These guys were honest. Said I didn’t need yet. I appreciate that. Very honest. Especially Jose.
