After waiting 3.5 hours, I finally received a call saying a wire had a bend in it. On inspection, it was clearly a freshly cut wire, not worn. Several more hours passed, yet the original problem still wasn’t repaired. Later, I was told a part was needed, but the quoted price was nearly double the actual market value. When I asked for the part number and checked the GM website myself, I found the part listed for \$40 compared to the \$150 they tried to charge. I was in trouble because my whole exhaust system decided it wanted to fall off. They saw me here immediately for an estimate. I did my homework so I knew that their quote was very fair. They were kind enough to fix it while I waited. Everyone was very nice. After adding an oil change, I left while smiling.

My recent(8/21/2025) experience with Midas was disappointing to say the least, the shop owner was rude and disrespectful. When asking questions about service pricing and updates on my car he refused to answer the questions directly and talked in circles. The level of professionalism was severely lacking from the start, I brought my car in for a diagnostic test which was never fully completed and I paid $160 to not get any print out of the test. When I asked the owner for the test results he said I told you verbally and I’m not going to repeat myself again. After I got the pricing for the work which was overly priced I declined it but once I did that the conversation with the shop owner immediately took a turn for the worse and he started berating me.
