I'm not the kind of person who likes to complain all the time, but last week on February 18th, I had four Continental tires, brake pads and a four-wheel alignment done at their auto repair shop. After the work was done, two of my car's covers were gone. Also, the 40 yuan in cash I had in the storage box in my car was reduced to 20 yuan. Moreover, the mechanic threw a very dirty rag into my armrest storage box. The four tires needed a screw-like part to be opened, but that part was also missing. I tried to ask the staff about it, saying that I didn't have the tire key to begin with. I paid 1888 dollars , and this is the service I got. The people in this shop are robbers and thieves. They stole my car money and parts. I know that auto mechanics have a hard job, and I don't mind paying a litt

Ed the service manager, tried to sell my wife a brand new car battery, charged us $200 for a jump, and when I looked myself, I knew immediately it was the serpentine belt, which is very common, especially in the winter… tested the battery to ensure they didn’t know what they were talking about. Then I went to try and talk to ed, he told me that he charged me properly. I contacted Midas customer support and Bob told me that Ed never passed his training properly and ed was charging me for a service he didn’t render and doing his job improperly. Bob told me that they would make sure to retrain ed to properly do his job and refunded me. Thanks, customer support, boo. This location is a scam garage,

After my first experience with this team and location I decided to return for a more serious issue with my 2020 Honda HRV. Again, this team handled my car with care and confidence. My issues stemmed from corrosion and Jesse did a phenomenal job explaining it to me in a language I could understand with also showing me the part and giving me options to a cheaper solution. I was impressed by Ed who removed the corrosion built up along my battery and the excellent customer service Marc delivered continuously and genuinely. This team is fantastic and family friendly! Bob showcased his personality at the end of my visit with an extremely welcoming and comforting presence as well. This is the kind of team you can trust. I feel so safe in my vehicle thanks to this team.

My tire blew out about a half hour before they closed. Instead of telling me no which they had every right to do they told me to come down and they could replace my tire for me before they closed up. I was in a pinch because I use my truck for work and really needed the job that day. I really appreciate them taking my service when most companies wouldn’t have. Super friendly great customer service as well. Highly recommend
