I found my new mechanics! They were incredibly friendly and didn't try to up sell me. The price was very reasonable and they were very fast. They were thorough and made me feel comfortable with the work that needed to be done. They didn't "steer" me wrong. I thank them, as does my old Subaru. She was happy with her spa day!

Was told that my 2015 Mazda CX-5 had an exhaust leak behind the turbo and that only Mazda could perform the repair. This car does not have a turbo and they doubled down when I voiced that I was not aware of a turbo on my vehicle. Mazda did not offer a turbo CX-5 until 2019 models so this is clearly more than a simple mix-up. Regardless of a turbo or not, an exhaust replacement does not need to be done at a dealer. They simply did not want to do the work and did not want to provide any business to another local shop who might be willing. I do not recommend anyone bring vehicles here as they were dishonest and would have cost me a large sum of money if I was dumb enough to bring my car to a dealer for a repair such as this.

My alternator died on New Years Eve. I was nearly 400 miles away from home, and expecting to be stranded in VT sitting in a motel for three days. But Vern pushed me to the front of his line and got his team to work right away. I watched Vern interact with his customers and it was apparent why so many people trusted him. We still got some ski runs in and were home by midnight. Very grateful for Vern's willingness to get us back up and running! It would have been a long two days waiting for auto repair shops to reopen on January 2!

They were amazing. We showed up needing to switch out a complex battery. We were treated extremely well and we were in and out so fast for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be returning.
