Midas Beretania

Came in to have one tire replaced and was helped by Ron who after the initial inspection of my car let me know i needed to strongly consider replacing all four tires. I could tell by the concern in his voice he wasn’t trying to scam me but truly wanted me to trust his expertise. He later showed me the pictured tire which was not even the one I was trying to get replaced! 🤦🏽‍♀️ thank God he gave me this advice and explained everything to me as he did because lord only knows how long I would have made it on this tire. Thank you Ron for looking out for me!

I've been coming to this Midas for years and the team has always been very nice, especially Ron. As a younger woman, I'm pretty cautious of being scammed by mechanics, but I've never felt pressured to buy anything or ripped off. Ron is also super helpful if I have questions or for quick repairs that weren't even part of my initial appointment. In this day and age, I think it's rare to come across someone to really goes above and beyond in customer service.

Service and advise given was great. Technician Ronald K. Is a keeper, excellent work and advice given. Service Writer Javon M. Was very efficient and helpful. Will be returning to have my cars serviced there in the future.

I have been at this location twice and the service is impeccable. Everyone is very friendly, thorough, and helpful. Shoutouts to Javin and Ron for getting my tires fixed in no time. Great staff and amazing service!
