I came in with a long list of repairs and routine maintenance items, and everything was completed with a very high level of professionalism. Having a courtesy car available made it easy to continue my day without the stress of finding a ride or putting off errands. The front desk staff were welcoming and considerate. The technician, Kenny, was attentive, genuinely caring, and highly knowledgeable. I never expected to get my car back the same day. A+ all the way.

Great experience. My mini cooper (which is not a common type repair job)had a major coolant leak and I needed the car repaired asap. The good folks at Midas got me in for diagnostics early Saturday morning, contacted me by 9 Am with an estimate. They sent pictures of the problem cause and recommended a repair. They Immediately began repairs and when I arrived early to pick it up since I had a ride there, they gave me a loaner car to run errands in the meantime. They were true to their word, plus friendly, professional and used technology to make the whole process smooth and easy. It has been a long time since I have had to go in for a car repair, But I don’t recall ever having an experience as pleasant as this one. The staff are very curious and knowledgeable. they can perform services that many tire companies will not do anymore. Most places I have gone to want to just sell you tires and that’s it. It has the feel of going back to a mom and Pop own business and not a conglomerate. Tire chain. You definitely have a lifelong customer.

Fast friendly service. Needed a tire patched that was already off the vehicle. Stopped at a couple other places and was told it would be later in the day before they would look at it. Bo Tire said within an hour and had me going in less than an hour. Whole day wasn't wasted on getting a tire repaired. Thanks for the good service that isn't easy to find anymore.
