I cannot say enough great things about the Midas location in Capitol Heights, Maryland. I came in originally for a simple oil change, but my car is currently experiencing several issues, and Jason and his entire team went above and beyond to help me in ways I honestly can’t even put into words. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Jason took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my vehicle, offered honest and thoughtful recommendations, and never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or uninformed. The team was patient, professional, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. We were traveling from NY and blew out a tire on 495. Fabulous professional service. The receptionist Sharica was wonderful compassionate and informative. The manager Keith was helpful in providing information on what tires to replace. Excellent, speedy service all around. I highly recommend their services.
