I had my vehicle serviced at Midas for the first time. I decided to give them a try when a coupon came across my phone that had a good deal for a synthetic oil change in comparison to other places. I was originally scheduled to go to Meineke the next day, which was where I had been taking 2 of my vehicles for a while for oil changes; however, Meineke's Groupon prices have seemed to rise dramatically, so it was time to test the waters. I'm glad I did. Although they were delayed on my appointment time due to other work, the employee at the front desk kept me updated at all times and I was still finished within an hour. The manager, Rashawn, at Midas and staff were great! The manager Rashawn, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what was needed to fix my car and the repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend my family and others to go to Midas and ask for Rashawn for all your vehicle service.

I used to be very pleased with the service that this shop provided but now I can no longer say the same, solely due to the behavior of the individual who answers the phone at this place, Rashawn. Scheduling an appointment at this location is very difficult due to the fact that almost every time I call no one picks up. When someone does pick up, it is always Rashawn, who has a very bad attitude problem. On several occasions he has hung up the phone on me simply due to his bad attitude. When I once asked if I could bring in my vehicle to have work done in increments (my car needed several things done, and I had already paid for all services to be provided) Rashawn became very irate and nasty with me, claiming that I was “insulting his intelligence”.
