I recently had an excellent experience at Midas, and I want to give them a huge shoutout for their honesty and professionalism. I had my vehicle's battery replaced but the connection cables were not fastened firmly, which caused them to loosen over time. This led to charging issues while driving, a drained battery, and some erratic computer behavior. I brought it in worried it might be something serious. After their initial inspection, the team told me the alternator appeared bad and quoted me around $1200 for the replacement. I agreed to proceed, appreciating their straightforward diagnosis. About half an hour later, the manager personally called to update me: the mechanic had disconnected and reconnected the battery cables during troubleshooting, which rebooted the vehicle's computer

Long story short, these people were great. They've worked me into their schedule in two different emergency situations. Chase was open and transparent and Elizabeth was very kind and helpful. My sister's going here too now.

Staff worked me in same day for an oil change when another company kept putting me off! Elizabeth that works in office is awesome. Before getting my keys; she explained the inspection of my car to me with care and precision! My Mom has been coming here for years, and now I will not be going anywhere else!
