Midas

Totally the opposite of my last experience at this location. I dropped my car off Thursday at about 8:30 am and was told around 4:30pm the cost was estimated $1150. I returned at 9am that my car would be ready soon. P.J. yesterday his system was down and he was 2 mechanics short again 1 mechanical was late. It took almost 2 hours more and at least $150 more than quoted. I miss Bob to whom was the reason why I frequented that location. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation and everyone was great. I was greeted by Mike and he was very informative and tentative about everything and was able to answer any questions i had. The workers in the shop were also great and I had no issues.

I would STRONGLY advise against going to this Midas. The way they handled my car was a total disaster. I dropped my car off on February 21st and didn't get it back and working until March 27th – a full 34 days of my life wasted! To make matters worse, they never told me how much the repairs would cost until I picked up my car, leaving me completely in the dark and vulnerable to their pricing. They didn’t get my full authorization to do the work. I was unsure of exactly what work was being done and how much it could cost. THEN, the first time I took it home, it was smoking as soon as I pulled in front of my house, a clear indication of their incompetence. They towed it and “fixed it” - three days later, it was leaking again, proving they hadn't actually fixed anything. I ended up getting it

Run don't walk away from these guys. They are very slick! They put on a tire for me and disabled my tire pressure sensor. When I took it back they said it malfunctioned. It was fine when I came in. They then showed me a valve stem that was in bad shape (I'm not sure it was mine) after constant pressure I said go ahead and replace it. After he replaced one he came back and said "do you want us to replace the other one too?" If my car broke down in front of this shop I would push it down the street to someone else.

Great service! They got my wheel alignment done fast and provided a courtesy check inspection report which was really helpful. Mike was super nice and answered all of my questions. Great customer service.
