Midas

They have my family car over a week, still haven't fully fixed it nor look at it. Very disappointed. Lots of misinformation in the process. If we're willingly to pay they should be able to get the vehicle working, but they just don't do anything or say they have and extend the time.

Diagnosed water pump, due to horrible ford design Other issues came up, got them handled and they worked with me to fix. Super happy with result, Mike and the rest of the staff are great. Would bring anything back to them in the future.

I called one morning and Mike was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday afternoon and the vehicle was ready the next day. Mike and Carson are awesome!

Came in and basically gave them the green light to sell me a bunch of stuff. Told me my brakes still had a bunch of life in them and the squeaky belt was squeaking but didn’t show any signs of cracks or damage. I had a GREAT experience here at Midas today dealing with Carson and Kevin. My valve stem was broken completely off at Mikes Car Wash right next door. I explained my situation, the car I drive doesn’t come with a spare or anything to change a tire. No one at Mikes was willing to help. When I took it to Midas, Carson said he could do it but it wouldn’t be the factory metal valve stem and my abs light would be on. A few mins later after he talked to Kevin, the other tech, Kevin asked if I had a little time. I asked how long and he said prob less than an hour. He said he could get the right part delivered to fix the issue correctly so I wouldn’t have to deal with a light on the dash and the sensor not working. I was more than happy to wait.
