Called around for back brake jobs. Midas was easy to deal with, straightforward on what they were going to do. So made an appointment, showed up, nothing changed same deal and service was done. Thanks again, I appreciate you all for helping me figure this out.

Tony is very kind and helpful. I came in as a walk in and they managed to squeeze me in for a quick oil change even though they were so busy. I recommend calling ahead to see if they have room for you out of courtesy, however they will do their best to help you out regardless. 100% recommend them for any and all issues!

Christian was very accommodating, there was a mix up on my appt. I went back the next day and his card reader was not working’ due to inconvenience, he covered the cost! Excellent customer service ! I will definitely be back!

Stopped here on our way out of town because our undercarriage cover was dragging. They were closing but put the car up and secured the cover anyway. They charged us nothing. I would trust them with future work for sure!

I initially brought my car in for a transmission inspection. I was later informed by Christian that the repair would cost $350, which I approved. However, to my surprise, the cost changed days later to over $1,000, with the only explanation being that there was a mistake in the original quote. When I went to pick up my car the following day, I was told that the spark plugs had been removed and a few other components had been inspected. Upon starting the car, I noticed it was shaking heavily. The front desk clerk casually mentioned it might be an issue with the O2 sensor. I managed to drive the car home despite the rough performance. Once home, I opened the hood and discovered that one of the ignition coils was disconnected.
