We had a great experience at Midas. They were efficient, clear, and honest about what they found during the inspection. The pricing was very reasonable, and they got us in and out quickly. We appreciated the straightforward communication and professionalism. Would definitely return.

Grayson customer service towards me was awesome on Monday @5:45pm( @Midas on Harbison) Nail found in tire(purchased from Midas)vehicle left overnight and repaired! Grayson called to informed me that brake pads needed to be replaced soon! I agreed and pads was replaced! Very friendly and professional service extended to me by manager and Grayson!!

After a terrible experience next door at Goodyear, I came by here and they took care of my truck’s tire rotation in less than an hour. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you, guys, for the great service! Nothing like being treated correctly.

Always greeted pleasantly and the prices are reasonable. I’ve had an oil change, brake pads and rotors replaced, alignment, and cv axel replacement. I’ve had pretty bad experiences with other mechanics but every time I leave this shop, I feel more secure in my vehicle. Definitely recommend.

Love this shop. They are so upfront and honest. I have had multiple experiences with repairs and they have always been upfront and have always proven to be honest. I will not take my car anywhere else!
