First I wanted to leave a review because Shawn was great at the time my car needed fixed and made sure my work was done but we spent 4,000 dollars and my bottom of my car was all scratched up from an employee driving my car on the curve , my rims are all scratched up , they put all my correct tire bolts on but 1 on each tire you would think for $4,000 the equality of the work would of been better. Then we have a warranty on the tires but anytime anything goes wrong the guy Shawn refuses to fix anything or gives us a hard time because he didn’t like we were upset about the problems and because my belt broke right after they gave me the car back from fixing the water pump. We came to them because they did a great job on my husbands car but unfortunately my car was handled with poor care.

Had an issue with my calipers that the Midas in Reynoldsburg Bryson Livingston location messed up, so I went to this location and they were absolutely great fix my issue. The place was clean. All the service tax was polite. Facilities are Very clean this is absolutely the best place to go. Do not go to the other location. I repeat do not go to the other location.

Incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient staff! I was able to make an appointment online for the following day, dropped my car off around 10:30 am, got an in-depth estimate & inspection with photos around 11:15. I called and OK'd the estimate at 11:45, and my car was ready for pick-up at 1:15. Thank you, Jesse & team!

I've been coming to this location for about 10 years, through 4 cars. They've always been knowledgeable and straight forward about the issues with my vehicle. They've given me advice when I asked for it, but no matter what the options were, they've respected my choice as a patron without trying to push or up-charge me. Really appreciate these guys!

My grandmother recently visited and was helped by Shawn Raney, would definitely recommend him for your services. Was very helpful and kept her informed on everything that was being done. She is very thankful.
