Staff did a tremendous job accomplishing the items I had scheduled to be done in that appointment. The associate was kind and honest as well as being informative. He did not try to upsell me with things I didn't need. The service was priced honestly and performed very well. The customer waiting room was well maintained and adequately comfortable. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained the customer restroom was. Thank you, people of Midas!

Robert the manager and the team are amazing!! Had my oil and transmission fluid changed it only took about two hours. They explained everything, super patient didn’t take advantage at the fact that I have no clue about cars. Provided a coupon for me at the time. and also provided me an an amazing customer service experience! 10/10

My experience at midas in Concord ca was the best 10 stars across the board… Isaiah, the manager very helpful very understanding very smart knows what he’s talking about knows how to listen and understand customers …knows knowledge about cars very well… Darren, the person that worked on my car the technician is the best my car is driving so smooth my Cadillac converter that was removed and replaced is working and driving.
