Cookeville Midas has earned my business for good. The staff is professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never pushed unnecessary work. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and the quality was excellent. It’s rare these days to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys deliver every time. Highly recommended.

Being from out of town I didn’t know where to take our 22 Cadillac with what appeared to be an oil pan gasket leak, so I called local Chevrolet dealership and was told $150 to determine what was going on…no thanks! So, I asked my neighbor and he said the guys down at Midas on Willow are great to work with. So I did just that. Eric Henry was the young man I talked to, very personable, friendly and found out as honest as the day is long. He called after taking a look, he said yes it’s the oil pan gasket…bad news is it’d be over $900, the good news is he took the time to call around as he thought it’d be covered under the drive train warranty..he was correct and hooked us up with a Chevrolet dealership in Livingston…all at no cost and he saved us the $900+ bill…highly recommended for honesty

I've always used backyard mechanics but this place has kept me from having to pay to get the same things fixed over and over very friendly and super helpful staff Roger is one of the best managers I've ever seen in any store! Thank you all so much it's really nice to know there are trusted mechanics out there and I couldn't appreciate it more!

When my dealership was not accommodating to my necessary needs(to/from work, possible days without,etc)....I began searching for someone new. Using Midas with a previous vehicle, I called them first. They did not disappoint!! Great service(fixed within one day), Friendly staff and Great Price!!! I have found my 'go to' place for any kind of repairs. Thank you Midas!!!

I do NOT recommend this place, especially if you are female and/or do not understand cars (not at all meant to be sexist, it just seems to often be the girls that are taken advantage of, including myself). This place used to be great. There was a lady who worked at the front desk who gave me her personal number when I took my car there once. She said she takes care of women who come through because they are so often taken advantage of when it comes to cars. I do not think she is still there, and I could tell. This is what happened to me: I got my oil changed there, where they charged me over $80 for my tiny Nissan.
