Midas

During a quick checkup regarding possible transmission issue and check engine light, I was hoping not to be there for 2 hours and charged $220 for a free check engine light check. I did not know midas charges for this service when most places dont. my fault for not reading the fine print. Very good staff and complete thorough check up. Would be a good idea to be notified of the fee first BEFORE the service as most customers dont read the fine print. Very polite staff and mechanics.

Normally we go to the car dealership for all of our repairs, but since it was a wheel issue we came here. The district manager and Richard gave us a great deal and the work was completed to our expectation...the only disappointment was one of the service workers named Cody tried to price gauge us for nearly double, but since we spoke to the district manager beforehand he honored the original quote. Please remember that your customers are hard working people that just want honest work done and having service workers inflating pricing gives your company a bad reputation.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I took my car in for an oil change and drove home 21 miles just to find out there was no oil in my car. Yes that's right they forgot to put the oil in. They sent someone to my house after hours who brought his wife and child with him he also didn't bring enough oil so had to go to the auto part store to purchase more. My car sound like crap and drove rough so I towed it in to Midas just for them to tell me it was over filled with oil which is a bold face lie I might be a woman but I'm not stupid I know that if I can run my fingers down the dip stick and NO oil come off on my fingers that means there's no oil in the car I have video of myself and their guy checking my oil. That's not the end of it so I have it towed home the tow truck takes forever to get to me. W

Made an appointment for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I arrived a little early and the manager met me and was able to get my car in a few minutes early. As they were doing the vehicle inspection, it was discovered that I need new rear breaks. They really helped me out and helped me getting the financing set up so I could get the work done quickly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They have a Keurig coffee machine with a selection of different flavors of coffee. There is also 2 water dispensers for customer use. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And will go out of their way to help you understand what services your vehicle may need. I will be back for any out of warranty work I need on my vehicle.

Richard provided excellent customer service. He was attentive, helpful, and honest. The dealer ship told me that I needed several repairs done, and after Midas looked at my car, that was not true! I am so thankful that I got a second opinion at Midas. I highly recommend Midas to all my friends and family.
