Midas

The experience started off great, lasted about a week? I had my shocks and struts replaced. Then as soon as that happened I started having rack and pinion issues. (Had no issues with the rack and pinion prior to coming to Midas). Of course Midas was playing dumb and not correlating one with the other. Keep in mind the shocks and struts cost $1200 to replace. Will not be back here in the future. Next thing that would probably happen after replacing the rack and pinion, they tell me the engine needs to be fully replaced. Don't trust this place anymore, especially after the first go around went to well, albeit lasting a week maybe. UPDATE: In response to the owner, glad someone took the time to address my concerns. Great Workshop and Excellent Service I had a great experience with the Midas workshop. The quality of their work was excellent, and everything was done professionally and on time. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the service clearly. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were honest, reliable, and made sure my vehicle was in great condition before handing it back. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Great experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. They explained my tire options clearly and didn’t try to upsell me. Service was fast, prices were fair, and my car drives great. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone needing tire service.

Excellent service. Francisco was great! I came in with a tire that was low on air. They checked it, found a nail, removed it, patched it up and filled up my tire with air for free. I will definitely be back for future service👍🏻
