Very down to earth, friendly and easy to talk to, and they are both 100% straight shooters. We've taken my fiancé's car in for various services, ranging from a simple oil change to muffler repair and alternator replacement. Pricing has been extremely fair, and we've had zero issues with any of the work. Final thing I'll note: a dealership recently tried to charge my mother over $1,800 for a simple brake job, and all I said to her was "Take it to Mike and Caldwell". If I trust this place enough to send my mom there, you can trust them too.

The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly have a customer service mindset. They always keep us well informed on what needs to be repaired. They never feel "pushy" or like they are going for an upsell. Their pricing is always reasonable, and they stand by their work. I trust them completely and recommend that you do to!

After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give this Midas in Danbury a try. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. They put my truck on the lift and showed me where my exhaust was leaking and then showed me the repair when it was done. Their price came in about 40% less than another garage and they did a great job. The manager was also very hospitable and I was in and out in an hour. AAAA++++
