On a recent visit I immediately noticed some changes. The shop was a lot cleaner than previous visits and the staff, starting with the manager (Marcus. I believe) were much more engaging and helpful. I appreciated the attention to detail and the way the staff shared information to help me make decisions. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

If I could give you zero stars, I would. The fact that you guys lied again is so unbelievable. Your technician assured me that my brakes would last for at least two years while we were driving together. Furthermore, the technician should have noticed worn rotors, a damaged ball joint, and a sway bar while operating my vehicle. But you had taken off all four wheels on my car, so why didn't you see that the front rotors were worn, the ball joint was damaged, and there was a bad sway bar? The brake pads grab the rotor, don't they? So why would my brakes last for almost two years? Additionally, my shock absorbers are in good shape. Taking down my post will only make your dishonesty more obvious. My vehicle is being fixed properly at a honest shop as I speak.

Marcus (the manager) and Jake (who worked on my car) were very helpful. They turned what could have been a $1400 repair into a quick $300 one. Even before then, when I was worried about the price, Marcus was ready to do what he could to help me out. As a college kid away from home, this level of caring was very meaningful.

I stop by at Midas today and Marcus the manager great honest manager good at talking to his customers not just me when I was in their waiting for my car he also took care of the other customers kind and friendly. Jake awesome and friendly guy! I went it to the shop and he showed me what the problem was and he took care of it fast. Thank you guys I will be back if I have anymore problems.... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AWESOME PEOPLE 💯

We broke down on a Saturday afternoon and were expecting the worst, but this team completely restored our faith in customer service. They worked us in immediately, diagnosed the problem quickly, and even stayed over an hour past closing doing everything they could to get us back on the road. Unfortunately the parts stores were already closed, so we couldn’t get the part needed — but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond. Marcus and Jake literally split my family between their two vehicles and drove us back to Newton. That level of kindness, professionalism, and courtesy is rare these days. We were incredibly impressed by the entire team’s dedication and care. First thing Monday morning, as soon as the part came in, they fixed us up immediately and got us back on the road. Hug
