Due to this shop’s negligence during a routine oil change, the oil drain plug was not reinstalled, causing complete oil loss. This could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage and safety issues. The vehicle is now being inspected, and I will pursue all available options to recover any costs related to this incident. This level of carelessness is unacceptable.

Great service for a fair price. I got 4 new tires and the alignment warranty this week. Very friendly and professional team. This was my first time using this location and I will definitely be back for my vehicle maintenance.

Had a 1:30pm appointment, my car wasn’t brought in until about 2:15pm. I appreciated them letting me know they were behind, but a phone call to let me know they’d be almost an hour behind would be nice. Also, after waiting for an hour, they wouldn’t pass my inspection (even though it should have) because of a crack on the windshield. Disappointed but got it sorted.

I had to have a starter motor replaced. Diagnosis was done elsewhere. They accepted the diagnosis and fixed it without question or extra charges. Got us in on a weekend for an urgent need that allowed a college kid to make his classes on Monday. Would highly recommend to others.
