Had an appointment today at 4pm that I arranged online, even went as far as calling today to confirm and ask pricing. Online was smooth and calling the guy was polite. Shown at 4:01 and was turned away and told they couldn’t take me because they close at 5. What a joke? I left work early to get an oil change done close to my job site as I live over a hour away. Oil changes take what? 20 mins max it’s a Chevy Cruz it’s nothing extensive. Hopefully no one else gets treated this way.

They filled my transmission with Dexron VI, even though Kia clearly requires SP-IV. When I returned to address the mistake, the manager (Joe) insisted that Dexron VI is the same as SP-IV — which is false and potentially harmful to the transmission. I also asked them to replace the transmission filter, and they told me that the *engine would need to be removed to do that*, which is completely incorrect. Then they refused to replace the filter at all. When I calmly asked for the correct fluid and service, the assistant (Sky) became rude, raised his voice, and even insulted me.
