I had a great experience at Midas! I met with Victor, who was very welcoming, professional, and pleasant from the moment I walked in. He was able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient — I was in and out in no time, actually less than an hour! Thank you to this location for making the process so smooth and stress-free. Because of the excellent customer service and efficiency, I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was nice when I walked in on a snow day, it wasn’t busy but there were two cars here already. It didn’t take long for them to run a diagnostic & quote me and the service was fair and affordable. While waiting, I witnessed another customer bring in pizza for the crew. The manager was nice and so were the employees. I guess I’ll have to top the pizza and bring donuts next 🤪 THANK YOU!

Victor, Al and Wanda were professional and courteous. I had an appointment and as soon as I entered Al greeted me and asked how he can assist me. He was assisting someone else but Wanda job right in and took care of me by asking what I was there for. I told her I had an appointment and she looked me up in the system and started to look up tires for me. Victor came in and both him and Wanda were able to find me two great tires. I also got a wheel alignment, drive belt replaced, they replaced and reprogrammed my TPMS on all four tires, and I had a right arm suspension replaced. Everyone at the shop were knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I also needed a daytime headlamp assembly replaced they weren’t able to do that because I had the wrong part for my vehicle. However, Victor said

The people who were very knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle What I needed right away. And what I could put off in a way, that wasn't a dire need to get replaced. The price was reasonable and the time spent in there was exceptional. I didn't have to sit around and wait all day long. I will be bringing my car back here.
