What a great experience! My brakes started grinding and scraping and so I called Midas to see about making an appointment. I spoke to Louis, who was kind, friendly and reassuring. I mentioned I was worried about time because I would need to need to be back home for work at 3 and he said that they had a ride service if need be and to come on down. I walk in and am immediately met with great humans just laughing and joking with the owner about walking on the newly sealed floor. I felt comfortable enough to joke with them that I was going to walk on it as soon as he turned his back and we all laughed. Manny's customer service exceeded my expectations it all started with the courtesy call from him to me to let me know I was approved for financing. Manny provided a quote to replace my axle and offer to transport me from Midas in Fort Pierce back to Vero Beach where I live and then pick me up when the vehicle was ready and brought me back at no charge to me. I absolutely trust every single mechanic here. When I moved down here from Massachusetts and I pulled in with an issue, they took my car right in and took care of it. They diagnosed everything. They explained everything to me and they made my car safe. I can pull in at any time and have them check Any lights or any concerns that I’m having at that time without any hesitation from anybody. Manny, went above and beyond for my car .. I had emergency with my car it was stalling and it was shaking. All I had to do is call manny and he told me to bring it in .. he fixed my car within 3 hours. Something chewed up my wires to my ignition system. Thank god for manny I have my car again
