Midas was amazing! Super friendly, honest, and affordable. As someone who is disabled, I really appreciated how they treated me with patience and respect. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I would absolutely recommend their services to elderly and disabled customers who want a trustworthy, straightforward experience. You’ll be in good hands.

I took my car in for a brake change, with no appt. Midas got me right in, and repaired my brakes, offered me a great deal on a set of tires, and even gave me an online coupon. Oh, I also got a lifetime warentee on my brake pads. All of the staff were super nice and very professional. They even have free coffee! I am definitely satisfied with my experience.

I’m beyond disappointed and honestly furious with this place. My car sat there for over TWO HOURS and they didn’t do a single thing! They came back trying to tell me it would take FIVE HOURS and gave me some crazy overpriced estimate like I didn’t know any better. I took my car to a family friend right after, and guess what? It only took TWO HOURS to fix — and it’s running perfectly. That tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. They lie, they overcharge, and they waste your time. These people do NOT care about customers. They just want your money. Completely unacceptable service. I will NEVER go back here and I’m warning anyone reading this — do not waste your time or money at this Midas in Frankfort, Indiana.

My husband and I broke down on 65 and had to get a tow to a repair shop to get it looked at. We chose Midas due to how close it was to our breakdown and that they were the only shop willing to work on it that weekend. My husband was a car tech for a couple years (not anymore) and my father has been a master mechanic for over 45 years. We knew the issue was the Serpentine belt but asked for a general checkover as well to make sure nothing further occurred. We were told that an assistant looked it over and the radiator was cracked and leaking. The thermostat was broken and then the obvious belt. We were quoted a HUGE chunk of change and told it would most likely be a Monday pickup ( we broke down friday) and were supposed to be on a 1st anniversary trip for the weekend and were just passing

Horrible business, they damaged my vehicle after getting a service done. Then they said they would fix it. They kept my vehicle exactly three weeks. And every time they would make up excuses for not fixing my vehicle. I do not recommend this place! Management was not very polite either. They did not do anything to try and make it right!!
