Bob and John we trust implicitly and use them and the port washington location versus the dealerships or high end boutigues mechanics for all 5 of our different makes and models I have our entire extended family using them now. You are lucky to have Bob and John.

Great service. They give honest diagnosis of what you need and what you don't. They won't try and upsell or upcharge for unnecessary work. Even threw in a complimentary topping off of fluids that were low. Fast, respectful, and great service. A walking distance from Bayshore Mall too so if you plan to stay with your vehicle you can get some steps in, walk to the mall, get some shopping done, grab a bite to eat and walk back to pick up your car when it's finished.

Had made an appointment to get a tune up and oil change. I should have gotten a quote before I even came in but when I showed up I was slapped with a $1,600 service cost. I did not get the service done because in my right mind there’s no way I’d pay that. I do understand that my car is a v6 and to get at the back spark plugs you would need to take off the intake. Which does involve more time and repair costs but this price is insane. Called around to some other repair shops and didn’t get a quote over $900. Safe to say I’ll not be back here for anything.

!!Attention females: do not go here!! If I could give O stars I would. First of all, I was told that it would take around 2.5 hours to change my summer tires to my winter tires when it should really only take like 1-1.5 hours. I ended up waiting for 4.5 hours to get my car back. Second of all, my father called this location a week prior to get a quote on how much a tire change would cost and they told him $130. I go in to pay once my car is done and they charge me $220. When I was dropping my car off they guy in the front literally asked the manager "how to charge me" since I brought in my own tires and they were off rims.
