I had a great experience at Midas thanks to Mario. The customer service was excellent—he was very helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. This was my first time doing business with them, and Mario made the whole process easy and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location

I want to thank Carlos for handling my car with such care. I was having a serious issue with water leaking and pooling on the driver’s side of my car, and Carlos was incredibly accommodating and helpful from start to finish. He not only took the time to figure out why it was happening but also made sure the problem was completely resolved. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and genuine care for his customers. Most mechanics could care less, but Carlos and his crew went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and left with peace of mind. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Decent work but watch their numbers. Get estimates in writing not scribbled on a piece of paper. Carlos wrote $480 on paper as the quote for a job with the bearing installed, then ended up padding the bill to over $700. Claimed a ball bearing part cost over $500. - not installed. Absurd. I looked it up. Should be no more than $300 for the part. Watch him. Get your estimate in writing and hold onto it before the work starts. Don't let him scribble it on paper, throw it out, and then change it later.

Mario and his guys are great. Friendly, fast working, honest and easy to work with. A definite go- to for any of your car's needs.
