Midas

Be careful. Brought my new car to Midas for its first oil change (3 months). After oil change they recommended I replace front brakes. Showed me a photo of my brakes..on my new (used) car... and said they were at 3/32..so almost worn out. Few days later I went to the reputable dealership where I bought the car to have the brakes replaced, hopefully under warranty, and explain to me why they sold me a car with worn out brakes. The mechanic showed me the actual brakes...not a photo. They were at 11/32...almost new. So Midas lied. This Midas is under new ownership. I went to this Midas for years with my last car and had a good experience with previous owner. I wont be back.

Got my friend to bring my IS300 in for an oil change since it’s Saturday, I had to work, and Midas happened to be the only place open. Got my car back with screwed up tint AND an oil change that was totally overcharged for. My tint was peeling before, yes, but I left it like that for a reason so I wouldn’t have I could get it redone in summer… don’t blame it on rolling the window down when it’s 40 damn degrees outside. Thanks for speeding up the peeling process I guess; now I have to pay for tint in winter when all I wanted was an oil change because of this ugly damn hole. Was it satisfying to peel it off? Now we wait to see what else they screwed up since ya’ll think it’s fine to disrespect my car like that.

Had an appointment at 8am waited till 8:45 and asked how much longer and he said over an hour. There was only 2 people working and the dude was outside smoking his e cig the entire time. I had to be to work by 10 and really needed an oil change. Went down the street to jiffy lube. They had 10+ guys working. Had 4 guys working on my car right away. Has me in and out in 20 mins. I literally just needed an oil change…. There’s no way that I should’ve been waiting over 2 hours at Midas. Don’t waste your time. And I want my money back!!!

Totally satisfied customer … Was previously quoted $600+ labor for one thing, that they charge $200 in labor for. I got 4 major things done w/my cooling system, engine service and flush system all for $1k that I was able to put on a 100 day Interest Free Pymt Plan. I’m a HAPPY CAMPER my dashboard is finally clear of all ILLUMINATED LIGHTS

I went in for a simple oil change. And after sitting there for a day, 2 hours, someone finally came and told me that they had stripped A screw and couldn't do it that day. And they wanted me to come back. The next day to fix it. I won't be going back. I made an appointment somewhere else to fix their mistake .
