I cannot recommend this repair shop enough! Not only was Michael Suarez (the office manager) super efficient and communicative during the entire process of replacing my tires, but he went above and beyond to ensure I was updated during their takeover of my vehicle. He kept me informed and prioritized (with pictures and texts) and advised me on pricing options while I made decisions regarding repairs and recommended maintenance. Manny, my technician, explained all of his work to me and even helped me navigate what he repaired and helped suggest what to have done in the future. I am very happy with their job and overall customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer!

First Time in, came on a recommendation and am extremely pleased! I called and spoke with Michael, manager answered my call, discussed all my concerns, and scheduled my appointment. Gerry took excellent care of me when I came in for my appt and Calvin(Toyota trained tech!) did a great job checking my vehicle and discussing the issues needed and what's in good shape! I cannot say enough good things about the three men who took great care of me. I was treated with respect and care, as well as appreciation! Midas replaced the a/c compressor and auxiliary components on our car. They gave us a fair price and did the work professionally and in a timely manner. We spoke with both Michael and Gerardo who as a team are friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this shop; they are worth their 5 star review.

I got my Oil changed about two weeks ago and everything was so convenient. Michael is the manager I believe , he was able to squeeze me in same day the price was amazingly affordable. The service was unforgettable. They were honest and gave me good advice with regards to my transmission fluid. Instead of taking advantage and providing unnecessary services. They even gave me a copy of my carfax.! Above and beyond. I even booked an appointment and prolonged my arrival time all the way up to the last minute before having to cancel. Michael was patient and kind and offered me to come in even later then normally allowed. Although I couldn't make it he never once made me feel like I wasted his time!
