Midas

I want to start off saying I'm horrible with cars, know nothing about them. I know I need brake pads, oil change and some routine maintenance. Midas gave me a call, told me what was wrong and the price, before doing anything. Not once did, Midas make me feel dumb or overcharged. And the man at the counter was so nice. And my car drove so much better on the way home. It was good service all around.

Knowledgeable staff, very polite and friendly. Was able to talk about our options and find a solution that works with out budget. Chris Lee made sure we were taken care of.

We called Friday to have a tire rotation and was told they were booked to drop the vehicle off Saturday and they could perform the 20 minute rotation. We arrived Saturday and was told they were too busy while everyone was standing around not doing anything with no other vehicles in the bays. Would not recommend this place as they were not true to their word.

Jay and the staff are very nice here at the Midas in Winchester Rd! They have a great price for their full synthetic oil change! I really liked that after the oil change they send me a text with the vehicles inspection that included details and pictures of the vehicle! The staff really goes out of their way for their customers! I’ll be back with my other vehicles for sure!
